Welcome to Get your Qualiopi! 

Here you’ll find lots of information and templates to get you through your Qualiopi. I won’t lie, it’s not easy and you really need to know how your organisation works and what your processes are. If you don’t have any clients yet, that doesn’t matter, you just need to know exactly how your processes are going to work when you do have clients.  

I was pretty stressed about doing Qualiopi, but as I worked through the audit process, I realised that in fact it was a really useful exercise. I already knew that my company had grown at a much faster rate than my systems, and I needed to put in place some solid processes. Preparing for Qualiopi actually helped me to think more clearly about my procedures and to implement systems that I can use now and that will still be relevant when my business grows. 

Before my audit, I spoke to the auditor on the phone and he gave me a great piece of advice. He said, “whatever your process is, just own it. Be ready to explain exactly why you do things this way and how it fits into the Qualiopi indicators. If you can’t explain, that’s when the auditor will start picking holes.”

I kept this advice in mind when I did my audit and it served me well.

Make sure you have everything to hand the day of the audit and be ready to explain things as well as show your proofs.
